Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we get asked. If you still can't find the answer, then please send us a message and we'll be happy to answer them.
What's the difference between a single user and multi user license?
A single user license allows an individual to use the library for personal and commercial use, meaning for projects such a film, online video, podcast, radio ad, content piece, etc. A multi user license is for a professional studio or business that has multiple users that will require access the library. For a multi user license, the number of licenses you will need will depend on how many studios / edit suites / work stations that will have access to the library within the facility. For example, a facility with 3 studios will require 3 license for the library being purchased. You can select how many licenses you require above the "Add to Cart" button on the product pages.
What does 100% royalty free mean?
This means you can use the sounds found in our libraries for any commercial project without incurring any royalty charges for doing so. Once you purchase your library of choice, it's yours to use and keep without any ongoing fee's or licensing issues.
How do I receive my sounds once I've made a purchase?
Once you've successfully made your purchase, you'll receive a separate email link with all the details of where to download your library from. We use password protect links to secure the libraries from link sharing. You have 30 days to download your library before link and password expires. Please contact us if you have any issues and provide your receipt and order number so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
